Justin Rose is the 2013 US Open Golf Tournament Winner. On 16th May, 2013, The US Open got over with Justin Rose as champion. His score was +1 Phil Mickelson came second for then 6th time in his career. Jason Day was tied at Second Position with a score of +3. Rose was the first Englishman to win the tournament in 43 years.
