Cricket in a FIX

On 16th May, 2013, Shanthakumaran Sreesanth, Ankeet Chavan and Ajit Chandila, who were involved in spot fixing in the IPL, were suspended for the same. These three Rajasthan Royals players were arrested and confessed that they were involved in spot fixing this season. Ajit Chandila confessed that he had done it last year as well. The players could be banned for life. 3 Meanwhile, there are many allegations made against the BCCI(Board of Control for Cricket in India) Chief, Narayanswami Srinivasan.
The shocking fixing scandal has exposed a betting a racket of almost 40,000 crores involving players ,umpires ,teams owners and bookies from across India.
The IPL Update :
Admist the scandal -the Pepsi IPL 2013 is coming to a close with the Chennai Super Kings in the finals and the Rajasthan Royals and the Mumbai Indians playing in Qualifier 2 on the 24th of May, 2013 to decide who will become the second finalist to play against the Chennai Super Kings on the 26th of May, 2013.
